Thank you for choosing Logico (hereinafter referred to as "the Application," "we," "us," or "Logico"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Logico regarding the use of the Application and related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Application immediately.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

Logico is an artificial intelligence-powered logo and brand identity design application that provides you with:

• AI Logo Generation: Input your brand name, industry, and preferences, and AI automatically generates logo concepts in multiple styles.
• Style Customization: Personalized designs based on your preferences (minimalist, vintage, mascot, typography, etc.).
• Design Management: Save, edit, share, and export your logos in various formats (PNG, JPG, Vector/SVG).
• Additional Features: New features and services we may introduce from time to time.

1.2 Nature of Service

• The Application provides design assistance tools; generated logo concepts are for inspiration and use.
• Because AI generates designs based on learned patterns, we do not guarantee that the generated logo is entirely unique or can be legally trademarked in your jurisdiction.
• Actual trademark registration and copyright protection require consultation with legal professionals in your specific region.

1.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, including but not limited to:

• Adjusting features and service content.
• Optimizing user interface and workflows.
• Upgrading or replacing underlying technical architecture.

For significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means.

2. Account and Eligibility

2.1 Anonymous Account

• The application uses an anonymous login mechanism.
• The system automatically creates an anonymous account when you first open the app.
• You do not need to provide a phone number, email, or other identifying information.
• Each device corresponds to one anonymous account.

2.2 Account Security

Your Responsibilities:

• Safeguard your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not transfer, sell, or lend your account to others.
• If you discover unauthorized account use, contact us immediately through in-app feedback.

Our Commitments:

• Implement reasonable technical measures to protect your account security.
• Will not actively disclose your account information.

2.3 Eligibility

• Minors aged 4-18 should use the Application with parental consent and supervision.
• By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.4 Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms of this Agreement.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Malicious attacks or service disruption.
• Other circumstances we deem necessary.

3. User Conduct Rules

3.1 Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Application for personal or commercial purposes.
• Input brand names and slogans that you own or have the right to use.
• Generate, save, and export logo designs.
• Use exported designs for your business, website, social media, or merchandise.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Trademark Infringement: Input names, slogans, or upload reference images that infringe upon existing trademarks or copyrights of third parties.
• Inappropriate Content: Generate logos containing violence, pornography, hate speech, or other offensive elements.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the Application's source code or AI models.
• Service Abuse: Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to batch-generate designs.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempt to bypass free version usage limits or subscription mechanisms.
• Service Interference: Engage in any behavior that may interfere with, disrupt, or overload servers.
• Illegal Use: Use the Application for any illegal purposes.

3.3 Content Moderation

• We monitor user inputs and generated content using a combination of AI and manual review.
• We reserve the right to remove violating content and terminate violating accounts.
• No prior notice or refund will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

The following content is owned by Logico or its licensors:

• The Application's software code, interface design, icons, and trademarks.
• AI models, algorithms, and technical architecture.
• Text, images, videos, and other content within the Application (excluding user-generated content).
• "Logico" name and logo.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app itself.
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use our trademarks or logo without written permission.

4.2 Your Input Rights

You Retain All Rights:

• All rights to the brand names, slogans, and original reference images you input belong to you.
• We do not claim any rights to your specific brand identity.

License Granted to Us:

When inputting data, you grant us:

• Limited, non-exclusive license: Solely for providing design services to you.
• Processing rights: AI analysis to generate your logos.
• Storage rights: Securely store your generated logos in your account.

4.3 AI-Generated Content Rights

Complex Rights Situation:

AI-generated logo designs involve complex intellectual property issues:

• You provide input (brand name and preferences).
• We provide the AI tools and technology.
• AI models are based on extensive training data.

Commercial Use and Limitations:

• You are permitted to use the final logos generated by Logico for commercial purposes.
• However, you acknowledge that AI may generate similar logo concepts for different users with similar prompts.
• You cannot claim exclusive copyright over the raw AI-generated design, and we do not guarantee that the logo will pass trademark registration in your jurisdiction.

4.4 User Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback:

• We may freely use such feedback to improve our services.
• No payment or further permission from you is required.
• You waive any rights claims to such feedback.

5. Paid Services and Subscriptions

5.1 Free vs. Paid Versions

Free Version:

• Limited logo generations.
• Basic style options.
• Watermarked preview without output.

Paid Subscription Version:

• High volume of daily logo generations.
• Premium styles, fonts, and customization options.
• High-resolution and Vector (SVG) output.
• Priority customer support.

5.2 Subscription Plans

• Weekly Subscription: Auto-renews every week.
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews every year.

5.3 Pricing and Payment

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed in-app (may vary by region).
• Payment is processed through the App Store.
• We do not directly process or store your payment information.
• Prices may be adjusted at any time but will not affect current subscription periods.

5.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before expiration.
• Charges are billed to your App Store account.
• To cancel, disable auto-renewal in system settings at least 24 hours before expiration.

Cancellation Methods:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Logico → Cancel Subscription.

5.5 Free Trial

• New users may receive a free trial period.
• Automatically converts to paid subscription 24 hours before trial ends.
• To avoid paid conversion, cancel before trial period ends.
• Each user/device is eligible for only one free trial.
• We reserve the right to terminate or modify the free trial at any time.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

We strive to provide quality service, but:

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or meet all your expectations.

6.2 AI Technology Limitations

You understand and agree that:

• AI technology is still developing and may produce visual flaws, spelling errors in generated text, or inconsistencies.
• Logico does not conduct trademark searches. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the generated logo does not infringe on existing trademarks before using it commercially.
• We are not liable for any legal disputes arising from your commercial use of the generated logos.

6.3 Third-Party Content

• The Application may contain links to third-party services or content.
• We are not responsible for third-party content. Access to third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Privacy

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7.2 Data You Provide

When using Logico, you may provide:

• Brand names, slogans, and design preferences.
• Feedback and communications.
• Device information and usage data.

7.3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve our AI logo design services.
• Communicate with you about your account and services.
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize the Application.
• Comply with legal obligations.

7.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

8. Children's Privacy

8.1 Age Restrictions

• Logico is designed for users aged 4 and above.
• Users under 18 should have parental consent and supervision.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Before using the Application, please ensure you:

• Have carefully read and understood this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
• Agree to be bound by this Agreement.
• Understand the limitations of anonymous login (uninstalling or changing devices will result in data loss unless account linking is provided).
• Understand that AI-generated logos require your own due diligence regarding trademark availability before commercial use.
