• Our employees cannot directly view your brand inputs or generated logos unless you actively submit a customer service request.

3.2 Service Improvement

• Anonymized usage statistics (such as most popular logo styles or color palettes) are used to improve features.
• Crash logs are used to fix technical issues.
• A/B testing to optimize user experience.

3.3 Notifications and Communication

• Send design completion notifications.
• Important feature updates (non-essential notifications can be disabled in settings).

3.4 Security and Abuse Prevention

• Detect abnormal account behavior (such as automated bulk generation).
• Prevent unauthorized access.

4. Special Notes on AI Models and Data Usage

4.1 AI Training Data

We Promise:

• AI models are trained using publicly available, authorized graphic design and typography datasets.
• Your inputted brand names, slogans, and reference images will not be used to train or improve our base AI models.
• If we need to use user data to optimize models in the future, we will seek explicit consent separately.

4.2 Rights to Generate Content

• You retain complete ownership of your original inputted text and reference images.
• You have usage rights to the AI-generated logo designs and can freely download, print, trademark (subject to local laws), and share them.
• We will not use your logo designs for marketing displays unless we obtain your written authorization.

4.3 Text and Image Processing

• We use AI technology to process text and visual elements to create cohesive brand identities.
• We do not recognize or store faces—even if faces appear in your reference photos, we will not use facial recognition technology to process them, nor will we store or collect any personal identity data.

5.2 Necessary Service Providers

To provide services, we may share minimal necessary information with the following types of service providers:

Cloud Storage Service Providers:

• Protection measures: End-to-end encryption, compliant with SOC 2 standards.

AI Functionality Providers:

• Shared content: Text prompts and images temporarily transmitted for processing (deleted immediately after processing).
• Purpose: Run AI models to generate logos.
• Protection measures: Encrypted data transmission, immediate deletion after processing, no retention.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Storage Duration

Active Accounts:

• Inputs and logo designs: Retained as long as your account exists.

Deleted Data:

• After account deletion, personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
• Data in backup systems will be completely cleared within 90 days.
• Transaction records required by law may be retained longer (anonymized).

7. Your Rights and Control

We provide you with complete control over your personal data:

• View all generated logos and saved concepts anytime in "History"
• View personal information in "Settings"

7.2 Right to Delete

• Delete the application to remove all local data.

• AI won't steal your brand: Your specific brand names and reference images are not used for model training after processing.
• Employees can't see your designs: Unless you actively contact customer service for help with a specific logo.
• Deletion means real deletion: Deleted logos will not be retained in hidden backups.
• We focus on design, not data mining: We strip metadata and do not track your business activities outside the app.
